Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a refund of tuition paid, less a $400 administrative cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within thirty (30) days of the scheduled course start date are non-refundable. In such cases, tuition paid may be applied as a credit toward a future course date, subject to availability and scheduling approval by the International School of Tactical Medicine.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice will be considered a forfeiture of tuition. The International School of Tactical Medicine reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course dates, locations, or instructors due to enrollment levels, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of tuition paid or transfer to a future course date, at the school’s sole discretion.
